An AI call-intelligence and callback-prioritization product for small businesses. It analyses every missed call and voicemail for urgency, sentiment and intent, then ranks which customers to call back first and why. Reps make and receive calls in the browser, calls are recorded and transcribed, and a Python FastAPI service uses OpenAI to summarise them. Contacts, tasks, opportunities, Slack daily digests, Stripe plans (seats and AI credits) and an automated 9-email trial drip sit alongside it.

Carlisle & Etcetera Stylist Portal
A business portal for Carlisle and Etcetera stylists, one codebase serving both brands. Stylists manage clients and addresses; place, exchange, return and rebook orders; redeem gift cards; track commissions; and read order-status, retail-sales and style-availability reports. It syncs with NetSuite, runs background jobs on BullMQ, and ships with a Storybook and Jest tested component library. Marketing, training and planning content comes from a companion Apostrophe CMS.

Pitch rooms, podcasts and affiliate tracking are managed in an Apostrophe CMS backend instrumented with OpenTelemetry and Jaeger.

Learners take timed practice or full-length tests across question types (factual, inference, insert text, summary, complete-a-table and more), review their history and insight charts, set daily goals, and subscribe to monthly or yearly packages with Stripe. Test content lives in a Strapi CMS with S3 uploads.

Twixo Wishlist
A wishlist app for Shopify merchants, published on the Shopify App Store. Shoppers save and share favourite products with no coding needed to install it. Merchants get back-in-stock, discount-campaign and automated checkout-reminder email alerts, an analytics dashboard for targeting customers, and a customisable wishlist UI. I owned it end to end as Technical Lead, from discovery and architecture through to production deployment, with Shopify API integrations that stay reliable across very different stores.

A community layer for Shopify stores. The theme adds posts, profiles and chat to the storefront, while the embedded admin app lets merchants moderate users, posts and comments, read analytics, schedule posts, and import or repost content from Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. A Fastify service with Swagger docs, role-based access control, Bull scheduling workers and Shopify subscription billing powers it.
